Competition Company
Our Competition Company is designed for dedicated dancers seeking advanced training, increased performance opportunities, and a deeper commitment to their dance education. Team members have opportunities to compete and perform at professional sporting events, theme parks, community events, and other special performances throughout the season.
This program is ideal for students preparing for high school dance teams, song teams, cheer teams, and performing arts schools such as Orange County School of the Arts and California School of the Arts. Auditions are held each August for the upcoming dance season.
Through focused training, dancers develop strong technique, artistry, performance quality, discipline, teamwork, and confidence. They learn the dedication and work ethic needed to achieve their goals while creating lasting friendships and memories.
Competitive dancers may also have the opportunity to be inducted into the National Honor Society for Dance Arts, a nationally recognized program that honors artistic achievement, leadership, and academic excellence. This distinction is a valuable addition to college, scholarship, and performing arts applications.
Whether a dancer's goal is competition, higher education, or a professional career in the performing arts, our Competition Company provides the training, mentorship, and support to help them succeed.
Annual Showcase
Our Annual Showcase is held at the end of May each year and celebrates the growth and accomplishments of our dancers throughout the season. This special event provides students with the opportunity to showcase what they have learned in their classes while performing in a professional theater setting.
Although participation is not mandatory, we highly encourage all dancers to take part in this memorable experience. Performing on stage helps build confidence, stage presence, performance skills, and lasting memories while allowing dancers to share their hard work and achievements with family and friends.

Pilates training is offered to support dancers in developing strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. By focusing on core stability, proper alignment, and controlled movement, Pilates helps dancers improve technique, prevent injuries, and enhance overall performance.

Physical therapy services are available to support dancers in maintaining their health, preventing injuries, and recovering safely when injuries occur. Dance places unique demands on the body, and specialized care can help dancers improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and overall movement efficiency.
Whether addressing an existing injury, managing discomfort, or working to prevent future issues, physical therapy can help dancers perform at their best while promoting long-term physical wellness. By identifying movement patterns and areas of weakness, therapists can provide personalized exercises and strategies that support a dancer's training and performance goals.
