Group Classes

To support the needs of today's families, our recurring group classes are offered after school on weekdays and throughout the day on Saturdays. Students are placed according to age, experience level, and dance style, ensuring age-appropriate instruction and a structured learning environment that promotes strong technical foundations and continued growth.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are available for dancers who would like individualized instruction and focused attention on their specific goals and areas of development. Lessons can be tailored to improve technique, flexibility, performance skills, audition preparation, or competition routines.

Availability is based on both the dancer's and instructor's schedules. Please contact our front desk for more information and scheduling options

Competition Company

Our Competition Company is designed for dedicated dancers seeking advanced training, increased performance opportunities, and a deeper commitment to their dance education. Team members have opportunities to compete and perform at professional sporting events, theme parks, community events, and other special performances throughout the season.

This program is ideal for students preparing for high school dance teams, song teams, cheer teams, and performing arts schools such as Orange County School of the Arts and California School of the Arts. Auditions are held each August for the upcoming dance season.

Through focused training, dancers develop strong technique, artistry, performance quality, discipline, teamwork, and confidence. They learn the dedication and work ethic needed to achieve their goals while creating lasting friendships and memories.

Competitive dancers may also have the opportunity to be inducted into the National Honor Society for Dance Arts, a nationally recognized program that honors artistic achievement, leadership, and academic excellence. This distinction is a valuable addition to college, scholarship, and performing arts applications.

Whether a dancer's goal is competition, higher education, or a professional career in the performing arts, our Competition Company provides the training, mentorship, and support to help them succeed.

Annual Showcase

Our Annual Showcase is held at the end of May each year and celebrates the growth and accomplishments of our dancers throughout the season. This special event provides students with the opportunity to showcase what they have learned in their classes while performing in a professional theater setting.

Although participation is not mandatory, we highly encourage all dancers to take part in this memorable experience. Performing on stage helps build confidence, stage presence, performance skills, and lasting memories while allowing dancers to share their hard work and achievements with family and friends.

Pilates Training

Pilates training is offered to support dancers in developing strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. By focusing on core stability, proper alignment, and controlled movement, Pilates helps dancers improve technique, prevent injuries, and enhance overall performance.

Whether used as a supplement to regular dance classes or as part of advanced training, Pilates provides valuable conditioning that helps dancers build the strength and control needed to excel in all styles of dance.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy services are available to support dancers in maintaining their health, preventing injuries, and recovering safely when injuries occur. Dance places unique demands on the body, and specialized care can help dancers improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and overall movement efficiency.

Whether addressing an existing injury, managing discomfort, or working to prevent future issues, physical therapy can help dancers perform at their best while promoting long-term physical wellness. By identifying movement patterns and areas of weakness, therapists can provide personalized exercises and strategies that support a dancer's training and performance goals.

Summer Camps, Intensives, & Pop-up Classes

Throughout the year, Dancecapade offers summer camps, dance intensives, and specialty pop-up classes to provide dancers with additional training opportunities and resources. These programs allow students to explore new dance styles, learn from guest instructors, strengthen their technique, and expand their artistic development beyond their regular classes.

Whether a dancer is looking to try something new, stay active during school breaks, or further their training, these special programs offer fun, educational, and inspiring experiences that support continued growth and a deeper appreciation for the art of dance.
