A text reminder will be sent through our system one day prior to your scheduled private lesson.
Please text our front desk at 626-625-6399 for all cancellations.

A valid credit card must be kept on file for all student accounts in order to register for classes.
Monthly tuition invoices are emailed on the 1st of each month. Families who prefer to pay by cash or check may do so in person by the 10th of the month to avoid automatic payment processing.
Any outstanding balance remaining after the 10th of the month will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that payment information is current and that tuition is paid on time. Late or declined payments will result in additional late fee of $25 and/or suspension of class participation until the account is brought current.
Cash discount is available to students who pay by the entire session. Please inquire at the front desk.
Class Policies
-
Group classes are 55 minutes in length unless otherwise noted on the class schedule.
To ensure the safety of all dancers and minimize classroom disruptions, students arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to participate in class that day. Excessive tardiness can interfere with proper warm-up and increase the risk of injury.
-
Parents must submit a Drop Class/Pause Request form by the 15th of the month to avoid the automatic tuition charge on the 1st of the following month. Requests received after the 15th may result in the next month's tuition being charged.
Please note that dropping or pausing enrollment does not guarantee a space in the class upon return. All class placements are based on availability and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
-
Missed classes may be made up by the end of the current month in a class of the same age group and level, subject to availability. To be eligible for a make-up class, your account must be current. Please submit a Make-Up Class Request Form to schedule your make-up class.
General Studio Policies
-
Please drop off and pick up your dancer on time. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children before and after class. Dancecapade is not responsible for students left unattended in the lobby, parking lot, or outside the studio.
For the safety of all dancers, please do not double park in front of the studio entrance. Whenever possible, use the front entrance for drop-off and the side parking lot exit for pick-up.
-
Students must wear the appropriate dance attire and footwear for their class. Please refer to the Programs page for specific dress code requirements by dance style.
Hair must be neatly secured and pulled back away from the face for all classes. For ballet classes, hair must be worn in a bun.
-
All students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, fellow dancers, and studio property. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from class and, if necessary, dismissal from the program without refund.
-
Dancecapade is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Any items found in the studio will be placed in the Lost & Found basket. If you are missing an item, please check the Lost & Found before contacting the front desk.
-
Participation in dance classes and related activities involves inherent risks of injury. By enrolling in Dancecapade, students and/or parents acknowledge and assume these risks and agree to release and hold harmless Dancecapade, its owners, instructors, and staff from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in studio activities or use of studio facilities.
Detailed liability waivers, acknowledgments, and consent forms are provided and must be accepted through the parent portal during initial new student registration.
Dancecapade reserves the right to refuse service, deny enrollment, or dismiss any student or family whose behavior, conduct, or actions are deemed disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the best interest of the studio community.
